As a co-owner, I work on process organisation, client communication, team development, and the public presentation of Just Auto Service.

Technical decisions are made by qualified technicians. My task is to build a system in which the client understands what is happening with the car and who is responsible for each stage.

The team aims to explain what was found, which actions are needed, and what determines the price. Not every fault requires the immediate replacement of every related component.

If new circumstances emerge during a repair, they are discussed separately with the vehicle owner.

The service employs specialists in mechanics, diagnostics, and automotive electrics. Our task is to record the vehicle’s condition, explain the problems found, and agree on changes before work continues.

A complex car does not always provide a quick or convenient answer. We want to say that directly, show the facts, and make decisions together with the owner.
